在2008年香港首個酷熱天氣警告下，和andy展開晒到跌倒的龍蝦灣之旅。在出發前，我認真地審視自己中暑的可能性，因為我其實我只瞓了3小時…

沒錯！在UV Index 有12(最高)下行山，雖然山頂只有291米，和大約3km的路程，但體力消耗真的很大。

The TV production is just finished last week and I’m just recovered from the long term overnight work. But it is a good experience for me at least.

During last week, except for living on “hea” lifestyle, I started in search of my life. What life should I take afterward ?

I have seen many friends are working on internship, part-time job or even travel. Is that all key things in my life? I know that there has many stuff I need to deal with in my rest but the thing I’m now ask for is how to achieve a better quality life. I mean both on material and mental level.

This moment of reflection looks like odd but crucial for all of us living in HK city which is small but huge competition within.
